2 calendars to choose from ,ill call that back stabbing ,and ill never do anything again for this forum , I have tried to do great things for this forum ,ie a great 2 core -2 row aluminum rad and soon a 2 core 3 row aluminum rad ,for our maverick and comets. Then i do remember starting this 2009 calendar because nobody last year would step up real early to do this. Now theres another calender Just to complicate things and sales to make the price affordable . I asked in one of the first post that the cost might be cheaper to do in the states and nobody piped up to do it ,now ive put 1 month into this to get it done ,well now im afraid to go forward and look like an idiot to the calendar supplier, the 100 i commeted to will need to be paid for before printing them, this is a BIG F@&KEN JOKE and this new calendar might just jeopardize this calendars sales. Is there a icon with a knife stabbed in your back ,cuz i need it now. P.S I was doing all this for nothing in return ,not even a guaranteed spot in the calendar as my car is being judged also ,i still need to collect all the money for this ,have the calendars printed ,picked up, put in envelopes ,postage and mailed out , and for what a stab in the back and to be the butt of someone elses joke . I guess the jokes on me .

Personally I will buy both calendars as I want one at home and work and another 1 or 2 for others. Only problem I made as someone said earlier was posting multiple pics and splitting the votes on my car. By the way when is the poll over? Thanks to everyone putting in time on the calendar(s). Ithink this is a great site and really havent looked at the other site but am planning to.

And Jimmy from the bottom of my heart I apprectiate what you did/and are doing......I know how things can get having done the 2005 video.....It turned into a nightmare. I lost money took a few arse chewings, got accused by one person of stealing his money.....When I did not....Any who chin up.....A wise man once said to me "if it were easy everybody would do it"......:Handshake

    After reading this whole thread......
I understand the conflicting two calender deal....
So Blugene is making a calender and So is Jimmy.

I have been busy the past couple weeks and have not really paid attention to the Soap Opera we live in "As the Maverick Tire Turns"......

No one stabbed anyone... I mentioned what I was doing but it's not for sale here. I don't see any conflict. The one I am making is for the select 12 that I am in contact with. Notice you wern't included, that would be conflict. Maybe I shouldn't have said anything...
You can call me on the phone to talk, but you say i'm backstabbing on the forums?

Well to be honest, I like you a lot Gene and take my comments with a grain of salt, but it does seem a bit Snobbish. I mean come on the "Select 12" That made me :rofl2: is it a secret maverick society Calender......

it is a bit of a conflict as those members could have been in Jimmies unless as I stated this is new level of snobbery even unheard of in a mustang club.....

but having said that it is a free country whatever floats the select 12s boat...:D

    I would have bought both.......just cuz I like mavericks.....

oh yea in 2005 Matt and I both did videos and there was no hard feelings......
    I enjoyed the different perspective....
I still pop in Matts video a few times a year!!!!!!!!!1

Time for me to chime in again..

If the calendar is being built for a certain group/board and isn't being advertised and sold here, then I think Blugene did nothing wrong.

I am friends with both of you, so I don't want to step in between that.

I do however know I havent checked out the "other site and other calendar" so I don't know of anyone calling the others work a joke.

We should all just settle down... do the voting if you want, purchase the calendar if you want, and let it be.

Well it doesnt matter and I want to buy several of both calendars as a few years from now I will triple my money on them to some new Maverick/Comet collector that just has to have one for his collection of memorabilia....:yahoo:. Everybody buy the calendars its an investment and is safer than the stock market (y).
