You may have to use relays to run those! Try them first and if they trip your headlamp switch circuit breaker you'll know relays are necessary. I believe these draw a lot more current than regular headlamp bulbs.
I have similar headlight, but I used the Autoloc brand and are probably much better quality, but double the cost. I was going to say "Before you by them make sure they are glass lense and not plastic" but i see you already bought them. I also had to open up the back of the headlight bucket as mentioned earlier to fit the conversion bulb into the bucket all the way. I haven't ran relays yet but I probably will because I don't think my lights are as bright as they should be.
I put some like them in my 71 F100 plus I included relays. They made a great difference. The relays probably made most but I don't know since they were done at about the same time. Relays put more amps to the headlights and makes your headlight switch and dimmer switch last almost forever. Clint
