That must be us. It rains on us so often at Carlisle that if it did'nt rain we wouldn't know how to act. I have an idea how we might act though if it doesn't rain.:dancingpa :bananaman :bananaman  :woohoo1: Lets just keep our fingers crossed. We have a few days to go and the forecast changes every day.

I cannot attend. If those of you going have a mind to make it to the where the Galaxies are parked, look for a friend of mine. His name is Dennis Donovan, a retired federal corrections officer from New York. He is a great guy. In fact, all the Galaxie guys are great.

I'll be there but without my car. Fired up the new engine the other night. Good oil pressure. As I was adjusting the ignition timing the motor started making a loud clanging noise then stop dead in it's tracks. Smoke came rolling out of the valve cover breather. My mouth dropped open, I stared at it a couple minutes, turned the light off and went back into the house. I haven't opened anything up yet to see what damage there is. Right now I don't even wanna know. I'm tempted to just throw a cover over it until next year. :(

I will be at Carlisle for the first time from Thursday afternoon until saturday morning. I hope I can meet some of you. I will be bringing two new fiberglass front fenders and some four barrell intakes and a Predator carburator to try sell if anyone is interested. Not sure where I will be, but I will have my cell with me (276)252-6801 if anyone wants to call. Looking forward to meeting some of you!
