Get some E7TE's,port match the exhaust to the header gasket.Just by doing that and milling about .020 off the deck, they will perform as well as GT40's.Stock valves too.

'69 & '70 351W have the bigger ports as stated. In '75 I believe all 302 and 351 heads became the same up to the FI years. Some people think there is a difference between 351W 2V and 4V heads. Not true. There was a difference in the Cleveland 2V and 4V heads. '69/'70 302 head is different than 351W heads.
Previous statement is true about cost. I had hoped to fix mine for about $400 and I
wound up with about $625 in them with the mods.
If I had it to do over I would look for even used aluminum or go with late model factory heads and mod those. Ford Motorsport shouldered bolts eliminate the need for spacers for the 351W to 302 head swap. They alone were $65 a few yrs. ago.

Dart supposedly has recently come out with a very good aluminum sbf head. I don't know the cost. Some people like the World Products iron heads-also come in aluminum.
I think iron ones can be had for less than $800 from what I have heard prepared fairly stoutly.

ScottyP has listed a good pair of heads in the for sale section. Check them out.
