hahaha wow.. yeah i was looking more into the cams and realized it was much more than just slidingt the old one out and slipping the new one in so i kind of dropped that idea.. i was actually planning on getting it painted soon as my budget allowed it but then this came up so i figured as i had it off i would do a few mods... what i have ordered is pertronix 2 ignitor electronic ignition or whatever then the chrome flame thrower 45,000v coil.. should help a little bit.. i already put nice 8mm spark plug wires on it.. then im getting a K&N oval filter with a milled cover.. then a billet chrome alternator.. it should be pretty nice.. most of that is cosmetic but i also am getting an electric fan and removing the one on the water pump.. should at least take off some resistance there..

should i still be advised to do a new water pump??

thanks for all the help by the way..
