we'll see how green it is after i get done with it. i'll distract him while todd goes christmas "shopping" heh heh heh...er ho ho ho hey russ... wanna beer?
I got to NJ, on Saturday afternoon. I found the house with an empty garage and tire tracks leading to the road. The woman at the house said that someone came and got the car two hours before I got there. Turns out the Kurt (the owner) forgot to tell his wife that I was coming and she let someone else haul it away. After making a few calls we got it straightened out and the guy that towed it away agreed to let me come to his garage and get the car. :bananaman It turned out to be a 73 with a 250, light green, with a black interior. The interior is SOOOOOOO moldy It will take some time to just get the smell out. The rear wheels a frozen (think its the e-brake stuck on). Some rust in the rear quarters, but not a total loss. Will make a good daily driver with a little work. I haven't had a chance to try to get it running(battery is dead) but all in all was worth the 6 hour drive to go get it. Beside I got to spend some quality time with Todd and Scott. Thanks again guys for giving us a place to stay, and feeding us better food than we ate all weekend. Now its time to get to work. Russ
