    found a rebuild kit at summit that has the gears i need to change 3rd member from 31 to 28 spline. hope it will work.

    That is for a 2 pinion though right? I would think you could find what you need from a small shop for a lot less than $190. Find the nearest Speed shop to you and ask them who does the racer's rear gears in the area. He'll have everything you need and I cannot see just the parts costing near that for used stuff.

    i havnt bought them yet bryant out in san diago might be able to get them cheaper and he and another rear end guy said it will work.but if i cant find any used i will end up buying that kit.
