The E7's should be slightly better flowing, even better though if you'll take the time to remove the thermactor bumps from the roof of the exhaust ports. This takes maybe an hour of your time with a diegrinder and a good carbide bit. And if you choose to do this simple mod, also take the time to remove the sharp edges from the combustion chambers to prevent detonation.
