Here are some pics of the drive to the BBQ. Also a pic of Bob's Hotrod...We had a wonderful time. The burgers & hotdogs were great. Also thanks for the Oranges & Grapefruit. Nothing better then fresh off the tree. Thanks for the invite....

Hi Coop. Glad you guys enjoyed the BBQ. Glad you could make it. Great shots of our "Rush Hour" traffic. Don't let anyone see them. They will find out we really don't have much traffic here and people will want to move here.

    See ya next time!

Just got home a few hours ago! What a drive that is....seemed to take forever. It was a honour to meet up with the infamous "Hotrodbob"...what a great guy..class act all the way. Thanks so much for the burgers...they were some of the best I've had in years. I was glad to see Derrick there also...another fantastic guy...with people like these in Cali the Maverick name is in very good hands.

Yeah, it was quite a trip back. Now that I've been out-gunned, I decided to still fly under the radar on the return voyage. In entry 16, pic 1, I'm the one behind the red SUV on the left.
The stealth/stalker protocol is actually kinda fun. You get to do more surveillance without the stress of the social engagements.

Would've been nice to talk to you (see how you are?). Did you talk to any other members? Come all the way from Seattle, just to be in the background...That's just not right... :tsk:

Indeed, spoke to several gear-heads, but I sense they did not recognize me.
Been pestering many folks with tech questions, so felt like a sh!t heel bugging 'em at the show too.
Yeah, it was a different approach, but an interesting change from the usual camaraderie.

If attempted again though....I definitely want that .70 fourth gear! This $2.85 per gallon is getting depressing (yeah, wait for the $3.50 ....I know, I know).
