   Totally agree however it was checked at machine shop, it's a 50 oz. imbalance and was passed as within spec, whatever his spec was

   The cam bolt would probably be just fine...but check the end of the cam to see if the dowel pin has sheared off and is still in the cam. A loosened cam bolt will cause this..speaking from experience.
