Are you using two Prepositions in the same sentence? I no nut know...I think the timing will be the timing...timing doesn't know if it's retarded, pre-retarded or advanced or pre-advanced. It will do the exact same thing the next time it comes back around. The only thing that knows that it is retarted or advanced will be the reaction of the action for not being retarded...I think
