    It should launch fine as the stock front half of the leaf spring or a traction device like a "cowltrac"(sp?)or slapper bar would be about the same lenth or shorter than the 27" ladder bar and I've seen leaf cars with traction bars on 10"tires pick the front end up,Actually the longer the better,If you look at valleyracers thread,"In the begintotub stage"that is a chassis car..aka Racecar,notice the mount point of the ladder bars at the front is way ahead of rt.door jamb post,which on a Race car is not an issue with an aluminum interior.My intent on my Mav. was to reprduce a "stock"looking Grabber like I had years ago,and did not want to cut the floor all up,so mine is a compromise between not a Racecar and better than stock with room for 12" tires.Hope that helps..Jack
