ok hydrolic clutch with t5

    i only have one question.... is that slave cylinder going to have the travel necessary to fully release the pressure plate?

    are you sure its not a 91 escort... as i remember, 81 escorts had a cable activated clutch.... and that clutch master cylinder is the same one i sent you a link for at first


    the whole thing is as long as it moves about 1.2-1.5 inches it should work fine.... just gotta wait and see i guess.... same problem im having :Handshake

    good job ! :clap: i know it did say it was a 81 on the side of the car because i took a pic with my phone of the year so i would not forget the make/year so i looked at a pic's of some 81's and it is not it then i looked at a 91 pic and that's the car /// and i did not even remember that link i guess it's just luck! /// IT IS FROM A 91 ESCORT

    Best thing to do would probably be to measure how far the arm travel is on a stock cable setup, then find one with the same travel. Definitely keep us updated, this is something I would like to do as well.
