Ohio/Tennessee River Valley gathering

Hey Dave....are you planning a cruise?
It would be cool to get the cars out and stretch their legs for a while.

 

Where is it at again?

If its September 20th I will be there, I can round up some food and drink to bring down aswell. Im up in Ohio and I tell ya there is a good lot of places up here to meet too. We could have a little show circuit, hit up the tune and test nights at drag strips or maybe the back lot of drive in movie theaters. Theres a drive in root beer stand up here in New Carlisle, Ohio. They hold monday night cruise ins. We could Suprise em with a sunday maverick pile in sometime.

 

Its about 7 hours, 400miles for me, anyone from michigan planning to attend?

 

im not for sure yet. once it gets towards the end of August then ill get an agenda together of activities for the day

by the end of this month (August), i'll make a post or toll if you will on everyone who is planning on attending. if numbers are high enough, we're going to have dash plaques made for the event. and if the event is as successful as it's looking like it will be, i will make it an annual event. so we'll see what happens

 

I'm going to have to bring the redneck trailer just so I have a Ford there. Can I park it with the rest of the cars?

 

heck yeah bring that trailer.....you might get some ideas on how to "pimp" it out once you see some of the nicer ones in Kentucky.

bump to the top.... there will be an up-to-date post at the end of the month/beginning of next for a more detailed update, activities list, and ill be getting a head count of who all is coming so we know how much supplies to get for everyone

 

ok, it's the first of September and the 20th is fast approaching.

im going to need a rough head count of everyone who is planning on attending in order to go ahead and get all of the supplies purchased and everything.

i just talked to the owner of the location i plan to use and we may have to change locations due to a prior engagement with someone else. ill keep everyone posted on that but it's no big deal, i have back-up locations

but needless to say if you plan on attending, simply speak up. and anyone that would like to bring something is more than welcome to. just post it up so that we dont have 5 people bringing the same thing

some items to consider are:
plastic cups
paper plates
forks
spoons
napkins
soda
chips
etc., etc.


let's get this thing into high gear!!!
