Then I will offer to buy it from your parts collection :D

Then after being shipped 3 different times, it will be as banged up and mangled as the one I currently have... :16suspect

I don't know of it matters, but in the Mid 80's I worked at a Ford dealer in the parts department, almost all the replacement parts at that time were black, and I was told some of the old stock parts that had been around for along time (produced before 1980) would be red oxide.
At that time I ordered a few NOS (they wern't really NOS at the time) parts for my Maverick, and they all came black, Ford was still producing some Maverick panels at that time, and as far as I could find there were no aftermarket collision panels avaliable from anyone besides the Quarterpanel skins, Rocker panels, and Door bottoms (no longer avail) that we can still get today from Sherman/Cross Canada.
Back then we really didn't care about NOS, I should have loaded up with stuff...

By the looks of the responses to this thread, you will probably get a good bit for it.

Back in 2002, I bought a NOS fender from a guy that turned out to be a NOS reproduction. It was black and the fit sucked.
