Excellent looking car! Interesting console, do you know what car it came out of? Are you sure you want to turn the wife loose in this one? It is great she is so supportive.

She has always been supportive and this car was her pick.I sold her 67 shelby clone that I was restoring to get it.It was just a shell but it brought very good money.

Looking at it closer it might be out of a mustang II.(the console)

Looks like a good one. You should plan on bringing it and one of the Mavericks to Joplin, MO in July.

Wow - I need to come down and see that in person! :bouncy:
Also, I'll probably be going to Joplin too. Maybe a group of us can drive together.

That's a lot of gear and RPMs for a street car.. Are you planning on changing the gear ratio to get the RPMs down a bit at highway speeds?

I am in the proccess of shopping for posi rears for mine now but I am going to try to find a 3.25:1 but If I can't find that for a decent price right now I am just going to put in a Tracloc carrier and stick with my 3:00 gears.

    I agree. :Handshake

We might have a few of us before it's overwith. :thumbs2: The problem with most of us Okie's is that the Maverick to owner ratio is more than 1:1. Most of us have more cars than we can drive at once. :D
Wait...maybe that's just true of Maverickers in general. :biglaugh:
