Maverick exhaust

    Build a custom 2.25"(max size for that little low-rpm motor) exhaust system terminating right behind the rear tire. Then swap in a mellower sounding Walker Dynomax muffler to better allow her improved MPG.

    I'd also suggest retuning the distributor to take better advantage of the extra flow and further improve the MPG improvements.

    I got the 3-point seatbelts off eBay for $34 each. The lap belt came from Summit Racing and cost $20 each. I ended up mixing parts from both kits to get them to work with a bench seat. I got my local upholstery shop to sew the floor mounts back on the belt webbing. If they say they can't modify seatbelts...tell them that the seatbelt are to hold your cooler to the pontoon boat railing. :D http://1bad6t.com/Maverick/maverick_44.html
