Maybe ya'll can help me out? I am in the need of a Part #. The part is a Bushing. To vague. I know. First off I have a 71 Merc Comet w a 170 CID w/ three speed on the tree. The part that I'm after is the bushing that connects the clutch bar to the motor. I don't know a better way to explain it. You have the clutch, the clutch rod connects to that then you have a bar that runs from your motor and connects just under your steering knuckle. I'm needing that # for that bushing that connects that bar to the motor. If you need a better explaination, PM me and I'll snap some pics of the bar. Please help, my clutch rod keeps bending and my machinist is getting ticked.

170/200 Maverick 6-cyls used the same mount and bushings on the engine side and same bushings on the frame side as 60's Musangs. Get a Mustang Catalog and look for Equalizer bar bushings.
