I was hoping you would see this post Dan, while at the roundup. I have read in the past that you are a fan of Jacks' too. (y)

Everyone is getting ready for drag nite, I think it is going to storm. Came inside to see if the wireless would work. I have no way to upload any pics. Stefan should be here this afternoon, maybe he will post some pics.
Having a great time and everyone is just so layed back and friendly. Met several people on this board that I have been wanting to meet for many years. Been helping some people with small problems on cars. Going to see if I can figure out how to get Matt some trailer brakes.
Wish everyone could be here, it is just the best time.
    Dan

I've been thinking (sometimes a dangerous thing)

Do you guys think I should spray these with like a semi-gloss clear to help preserve them?

Cool story. Jack Rousch started out in drag racing and ran some mavericks in the '70s. I read a magazine article a few months back where he has been tinkering around with a few drag cars again. ... All I've been thinking since then is how to get him to make us maverick guys some good swap headers! If your into FORDs, you gotta love the cat in the hat.:tiphat:

Here is the Rousch Maverick for those that don't remember it or were too young to see it.
