    Haha, any fellow mav lover is a friend of mine, i'm tickled with mine, it's like a giant blank slate... and i checked it again, and i'm apparently going blind, stamped on the firewall side says clearly TORKER 289!!!! haha problem is finding a carb that when placed on i can squeeze an air cleaner with the stock hood... seriously thinking of getting creative and fiberglassing a replica smaller merc cyclone scoop or similar and giving myself some "breather room" heh

    I really appreciate the warm welcome, and i'm tickled with the car, and coming up with more and more ideas as far as interior, that's where i want to do something totally different, heh

    now if i can get the thing to pull it's self more than three feet.... haha at least the tranny tugs pretty strong from what i can tell!

    Oh, by the way maverick5946 you know fo a place that carrys mav windshields in lou? Seems some idiot tried to take the rear view mirror mount off with a pair of pliers and craked mine before i got it... kentucky po-po's won't like that one, hah
