Ummm, wait uhh no I dont have a spoiler. Or not an extra, extra spoiler. I have one extra spoiler I have kept as a backup for all these years. Never know what might happen and how hard it will be too find later. I just always give mavtricks71 a hard time because I took the spoiler off his blue car 15 years ago when somebody was parting it out, then days later he bought the whole car and restored it.
ship hood Make a 2x4 square the same size as the hood. lay 1/4 inch plywood on 1 side and nail to 2x4s. Lay hood inside this and pad all corners of hood. Fill with any old blankets, towels and then nail 1/4 inch ply to this other side. Strong, cheap crate and hopefully no damage when received. This may be over kill but when a hood is damaged, the bs is no good.Try to collect money. Its your falut, not packaged rite, its shippers fault,ITS TRUCKS FAULT. you get the idea.TTFN Ron
I shipped my stock hood out using the packaging that I got with my carbon fiber hood. I sealed everything up and took it to Greyhound. It was being shipped to Florida I think. The guy told me that when he received it a corner was bent. Unbelievable. Must not have been too bad though. He said that he was going to fix it himself.
