how do i get my steering wheel off?

    How about a harmonic balancer puller!
    It can be used on some steering wheels if the bolt holes in the wheel are far enough apart and it is a good investment because it will be usefull in engine work too!
    Or get a peice of square tubing or thick flat stock and drill one hole dead center and two holes far enough apart to match the steering wheel and use long bolts in the outside holes and a bolt and nut in the center hole to make a cheap effective puller. A few bucks in hardware and a piece of scrap that the local welding shop will more than likely let you have for nothing is all it will cost!
