    I was just reading this and saying in my head "I just said that" but as with most of these posts, it doesn't really matter :D

    Yeah I had to remove that shield too, as pointed out by Craig.
    I got the Hurst Pro Matic shifter courtesy of MarulMav installed as well. Now I'm just waiting on my gas tank courtesy of Yellow75, and deciding on what to do for a radiator. I don't know if I should have mine cleaned and pressure tested or buy anew one from Jegs and have to deal with fabbing brackets.
    Oh well thats tomorrow.:)
