I converted my 71 6 cyl 4 lug to 5 lug frt disc brake for about 250.00 for junk yard used parts Granda spindal , caliper , rotors , Mav 8'' rear end drum to drum . Than overhauled calipers turn rotors new brake pads new brake hoses for about 200.00 than replace rear brake as needed shoes , springs , overhauled brake cylinders for about 100.00 for a total of about 550.00 this is just for parts and slave labor . Didn't overhaul the 3rd member just change lube and seals .

    Hope this helps thx jay

Welcome! The last set of front discs I got for $50.00, they had new pads that I'm still running ( been about 5 yrs tho) new hoses and grease, and a little paint.less than $100 in my case.
