Now its time to do the grabber hood. The fiberglass one they make now is not finished on the underside and the quality is poor for the price of $400.

Bring it on over to KC buddy, you can test it out on my Grabber. Am I going to need to get the quarter panels put back on first? :biglaugh:

    Hey Maverick Man....

Once you get this project all ironed out, and if your looking to take this whole spoiler thing to another level, have a custom set of side extensions made for the big bumper cars (the center trunk lid part would be the same) and expand your market potential. No one has done that, so it would be cool and unique (and there are a lot of 2-door big bumper cars out there!). If you venture in that direction, put me down for a fiberglass set!

I'm very impressed with what you are diving into. Could turn out to be quite a enterprise by expanding into other areas!

I bought a repop rear spoiler from Auto Krafters a few years ago. I took it out of the box, looked at it, put it back in and sent it back to them! $150 sounds about right. You'd pay about that much for a used one on Ebay. I'll want at least one of the fiberglass ones.

i would like too however unless i have a OE part i'm not going to take this project on.. too many problems with making a peice from scratch. sorry.. maybe someone else can take this on :p if anything i'll probably do front and rear valances. but one step at a time here. :D

e-mail me if you want it for sure. right now i'm not sure if i even have enough

How about a really nice Carbon Fiber Grabber hood? :bananaman Now that would really rock. Let me know what you guys think (ladies too). I'm sure someone would be able to donate one for a pattern or something.........as long as they get it back of course. Ah hem.
