Going to talk to the guy tonight about a 72 Comet he has in his field. Talked with his wife and she told me he wants to sell it. I took a look at it and it has a 302 with automatic tranny. Needs alotta work. Headliners toast, but body is in decet shape. Didn't get to look over it to well because it was raining so hard. Will update later, and the wife agreed to the purchase.

I hate it when they say that. I would say the first one with cash and can take it away gets the car.

Well, I got a better look at it. It has the extended bumpers. 302 w/AC, bench seat, glovebox style dash, little rust, interior is totally shot, no leaky cowl (been raining all day and the floors are dryer then a popcorn fart) I hope the other guy doesn't show up by Saturday, cause if he don't I get it sunday. One question, it has chrome on the rocker panels, and the chrome trim on the contour of the fenders, and has some kind of medallion on the door panels. Is it a LDO or a GT?

not a GT or LDO, but sounds like a nicely optioned car.... and with the medallions on the inside, it sounds like Deluxe interior :)
