I just install a set of 4-leaf from Laurel Mountain Mustang this past week end. Springs, shackles, bushings and u-bolts $220 picked up. Not sure where they are really made but they had "Made in USA" stenciled on them. Raised the car up 1 3/4" and I expect at least 1/2" of settlement. Comfortable and much more predictable ride.

Not sure what shipping might be, I picked them up back in March. Springs were $169 plus two shackle kits $40.

    That's a ridiculous price.

This is what I paid. The parts came from Laurel Mountain and shipping was to the most North-Eastern part of the States possible (just across the border from where I live). I thought it was all very reasonable, which is why I pulled the trigger on the parts. If it sits too high, I'll pull a leaf like Everett did.

It was not so much the "sitting to high" as it was the "ride to hard". Maybe the one's from Laurel are not the same source as the one's I and 71Gold have. He was the one who I got info/impetus from. I rode them "Grant Springs- rated 880lbs" for a abt 3yrs. Removing the bottom leaf, best improvements to ride quality since I've had the car - should have done much sooner . I suppose ride quality is subjective. Like most other things, depends "who you ask", what the intended use of the vehicle, and road surfaces and distances are traveled. The LM units may not have the same qualities.
