weirdone I should have known I'd find you on here :) Long time no see...

I have a 9" and a Detroit Locker in mine. I love the locker. All the fun of a spool and if you are nice to it you can go around corners almost normally :) I agree with these guys on the 8" being just fine. But in the future if you go 347 the 9 might be necessary. Fearless Gear did mine and it fits like it was always there. They took my 8" and a donor 9". Put my 8" axle tubes and axles on the 9 and it was ready to install. They were both 28 spline so it was relatively easy.

Oh, and my friend John bought a 71 Mav so 1 more will be in Fresno.

lol i highly doubt that. he has an 06 gto, but i dont want to build that up into a race car. need something comfty to drive around town on trips. my mav isnt so comfty neither is that stang.

i wanna build up the mav to beat his stang tho. thats gonna be hilarious!!

Nothing better than Ford's little bastard(albeit very successful) bastard child eating the same company's hero car's lunch for it.

I agree with the comment about Mustangs, there are plenty of those 5.0 driving MuSTaNg BOyZ around here that, with the way they act and drive, you'd think they pull on S7 Twin Turbos all day.

i once had a black guy offer me $3000 for my mav, they wanted to know to if take $1500 now and the rest in payments..... wtf?? you lost you mind? im not a bank!!

hmmmm maybe I should find a dyno place here in Yonkers and take my little six banger there for fun.

BTW, I like the dish rims on your car. Always did like those.
