He used a used injector and it was from a Crown Vic.... I maybe wrong but I thought they are wired backwards from a mustang one... He is getting a couple mustang ones!!!! I hope he gets it fixed!!!!I hate tos ee fellow maverickers down and out!!!
Cool beans Lance. Its soo much better on the phone than typeing and remembering stuff so you can type it and chewing gum and patting ones head and... nevermind. I do believe the crown vic injectors are wired opposite a mustangs as you stated..
OK i went and got more injectors (all mustang) i now for sure there all spraying now. I need to button everything up now. Ill try to fire it up when i get home tomorrow. Im starving i havent ate anything yet.
One thing ive got the valve cover off and there has been alot of fuel gone in the head do you guys think i should drain the oil and change the filter before i fire it up ? AND THE PLUG IS WET IM SO HAPPY.............
Just trying to clairify something for me. You said "noid gauge" in another post. I have not heard of that. Wasn't it a light? Did it pulse flash when you ran or cranked the motor? Also, when you are testing for spark you realy should use a spark tester. This will show if there is a problem with the voltage crossing the gap. Simply pulling the wire sometimes isn't going to help.
I didnt no what one was either lance told me. It plugs into each fuel injector plug to tell you if its getting a signal (yes by cranking the motor over) and all were.
