What do you mean by "Saw the wheel" I had the old wide ovals Bias ply on one of my mavericks and I never had any complaints about the way they handled unless it was on wet roads and I surely agree that All season radials are a lot better in bad weather than Biased ply tires.

The only other really annoying thing I remember about the biased ply tires was if they sat all day or longer in the hot sun on asphault (open parking lot) when you first take off it was always like there was a flat spot on the tires the first mile or two

i guess if hes talking about a vibration, thats typical for a maverick/comet in the 10 cars ive owned never had 1 THAT DIDNT VIBRATE, the motors mounts in these cars are horrible, and unfortuntly the suspension could be delt a better hand...but all in all gotta love it for what it is

What I meant by "saw the wheel" was when I would come upon uneven pavement the car would sometimes become a handful. Those tires were my first experience with bias ply, just didn't care for their performance. To each his own, Ill stick with my radials for now.:thumbs2: Steve/ITSACOMET!
