how bout a 70 mav with boss 302 with a doug nash 5spd its had this set up since 1971 (according to the owner) talk about sleeper
fast mustangs? mustang monthly? it was something "mustang" sorry i dont seem to remember the title i usually spend a 1/2 hour reading through the car magazines at the local borders books store and walmart. by the time im done i dont rember what magazine i seen this or that in. either one, at least in my area, doesnt carry car craft anymore
I'd like to see that shaker Mav with the hood down. The Torino shaker is bigger than the Stang shaker and I alway thought it would look out of place on a small car. There is a blurry pic of a 4 door Mav in our gallery, with the big shaker. Never thought it looked good. Then Mavaholic has a friend with a Stang shaker equipped Mav that looks very cool. The smaller shaker is very well proportioned to that car. The Torino shaker looks good with the hood up... Edit: Found a pic of the Stang shaker...
Did anyone notice the shock towers on the drag Maverick? It looks like they moved the mounting point out but didn't cut back the towers . I'm sensitive to towers right now...that's why I noticed. You don't have any other shots of that one do you?
that mustang scoop looks really good on that yellow car. could probably even pass as stock equipment tony, if your talking to me no i dont have anymore shots. pulled those out of someone's album
Thanks Tony, I just thought those towers were odd looking. I couldn't figure out why he would do that. I noted too that he flipped the shock tower mounting points 180 degree's too. Hmmm...
That Yellow Mav is a friend of mine. That shaker hood looks even better in person. Thats my 71 Mav behind his.
