    VERY NICE CAR>> I sure would like to ask him a few questions... I love those tires.... HOW BIG.. ???
    He relocate the reas springs or go with ladder bar
    or even coil over.. I dont know.. BUT its nice.,

    HE still have the rear seat,?? AGAIN how wide are those tires.. he he he.... THATS the look I'm after.. Without going
    So big a Tire.... man I'm hiped now..... lol

    Ok... any one know this guy Well enough to have a

    1971 maverick 2dr m2 front end coil over ladder bar rear suspension 472 ci. C-6 tranny
    Ron Jim Allens car is coilover ladder bar rear the rear tires are 28x13.50x15 et streets......If I remember correctly they only have an 11.5" foot print........and the car is full tubed no back seat I have his phone # and an email address(his work) if you would like you can email me your e-addy and I will forward it on to him.....I need to call him tomorrow cause he called last night and left a message on the machine:) Jim's an alright fella once ya get to know him.........though he can be long winded:D irritationacres@juno.com

    I was surprised to read that the other Maverick (white), still had drum brakes all the way around it. Nice car that that, you would have thought he would have at least put disc brakes in the front.

    Hey Ron, I have the Mustang and Ford issue when Jim's car was featured. You can have it. I think it is a Alston rear???
    8.5 inch rims????

    ooooh, I LOVE that cowl induction hood!!!!

    Where did he get that?? how much do they cost? How is the fit?

    I would trade a complete grabber hood for one of those any day!!

    Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
    yeah i'm stupid! and i might ad they are non power asst too! YEAH! i like blow buy the frist and second trun offs at the drags hoping a parachute will come out and slow my car down!

    anyhow with 4:62 you just let of the gas and the car slows down.

    working on putting disk on my other car right now. just gotta get the time to do it.

    Maverick Man, I hope you didn't take my comment as a put down. Most of us all know that you have done a lot great mods to your rides. (y)

    I was just shocked to see such a nice ride with great track times and still having drum brakes (kinda of caught me off guard so to speak), since it is a common first mod for a lot of people. Most people would love to have a car run that fast!(y)

    nah don't worry about it.. didn't take it as one..like i said i wonder why i haven't done the disk either ;)
