    Could the differences be a case fill vs. pan fill thing?

    I ordered the Ford Racing dipstick and tube, I think from Summit, and it was the same length as the one that came out of my car. Which I broke of course.

    that is an option...i just need to know where the... full mark...is supposed to be....:hmmm:
    my tubes range from being...up inside the tube to 1 3/4" below the tube...the ones inside the tube are...even with the o-ring grove.
    thoes look right to me, that puts the level even with the top of the valve body.

    Pan fill dipsticks look totoally different than pan fill dipsticks

    Wow, I must have got lucky, I went to a local speed shop and baught a chrome mr. gasket dipstick and tube for my tci c4 and it was right 1st time....
