Brazilian Parts - what is available in Brazil

You can buy it from the Brazilian seller. Price is reasonable but shipping to the US for the front valance/spoiler alone will be about $800. Good luck!

That would be nice but nowhere that we are aware of at this time.

 

I notice that some of them come to the U.S. for SEMA. Could they bring parts with them? Would this be cheaper? Checkout the link. They have pics posted.

you know what i'll know in november how expensive is to bring a pair of tail lights from Brazil my dad is going down there November 13th we'll see we have UPS,DHL and some other carriers. last year i was there and my dad here and i sent him some tools inside a shoe box all i paid was 40 us dollars and it was here in 2 weeks that wasn't bad!

 

If you can get some of the smaller parts back in your luggage, that should work. As for shipping, I think you'll find that shipping on anything LARGE will be too expensive to be worthwhile. PWG, who came to the last Roundup from Brazil, told me it was $60 to $80 to send a set of beltline weatherstripping to Brazil, and those are really light, just kind of long.

 

well we'll see the only things that i think is worth bringing are the tail lights the tachometer and glove comp don't need the whole dash just cut the glove part off and weld on the dash here thats all and that will be a light and small package the svo side skirts can be used from a mustang with a little mod, grabber hood we have them here, the grill can also be made here the center consol is light but very rare over there that's why it will be xpensive! but there is an other thing When you find these parts on junk yard over there they are a lot i mean a lot cheaper than on e bay i mean some of those guys are crazy!!

 

well, the only problem is to find one in a junkyard....................if u do, nothing will be that cheap.

The last junk i saw was in 2002................i bought the front disc brakes, center console, roof light and left armrest. Paid like 20 dollars

Mavericks here in Brasil are waaaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced.
Like this one......no egine, no transmission, rear quarter caught fire.........selling for 3000 dollars.

But, there are some hard to find good cars with decent prices.

I found a brazilian 1978 coupe LDO............it´s white and has everything stock, from wheels, to grill, seats and trims..............but it has a lot of rust and the papers are due since 1980.


I don´t care...........i´ll buy that baby for 2000 dollars, do the bodywork and paint and then i´ll have a brand new car.
