    Dang......beat me too it.!!!!!!

I agree though. It may have flaws....It may not be perfect......If it runs good and is solid, glass or bondo the top, cheap paint, (even shaky can if need be) make it a work car. Those 6-cyl. can get great mpg.

I see about $500 minimum in "parts" there. 8" rear end (street rod guys luv 'em), complete factory AC system, lots of other useable parts as well.

Sure...if it runs and drives.....and will run and drive in 2 years when you get your license....then by all means make a beater driver out of it. But.....if it is going to require a bunch of money spent on it, like an exhaust system, brakes all the way around, seat belts (you said it didn't have any), etc....etc......then it might be better off as a parts car.

I see about $400 quick dollars in parts.Perfect doors/door panels/4dr decklid are unfortunately pretty much worthless since not many folks mess with 4drs.My advice;strip the roof to bare metal, truck bedliner it(you can buy it in rattle cans now,it actually looks pretty good, probably take about $50 worth to cover the roof good & even),clean it up the best you can,but don't sink a bunch(or any more than you NEED)money into it and just drive it.Every dollar you put into this car is money you'll never get back and every dollar spent on this car is one less for your gold one.JMO

It does,a guy here done an old Chevelle roof and it looked pretty good. The more you spray it the more texture you get.
