Makes sense, have you checked the switch with an OHM meter? to see if it's open all the time?

You people and your fancy tools. Doesnt anyone use a test light anymore.

I actually meant to pick a voltage meter/ ohm meter thing while at Radio Shack the other day but they didnt have my other parts I was looking for so I rushed out of there in disappointment and forgot to by the tools. :hmmm:

Orielly's has a switch being delivered tomorrow. Hopefully it will get my blower working. In the meantime, I've removed my fuse block and am trying to clean it up some. I am missing the diagonal fuse in the middle. Half the prongs for that are missing as well. Does anyone know what that fuse is for. (dont tell me blower motor lol)

That fuse thats missing if for the optional "Accessory" circuit, do a search, Craig had one that he pulled out of a car once, it's pretty neat, I've never seen one in the 7+ Mavericks/Comets I've owned.

Update... The switch from Oreillys was a dial style switch so I didnt get it. Instead picked up a toggle switch for temporary control. I ordered a NOS switch from ebay. Got home and wired in the switch and the fan worked... for 3 seconds. Then the fuse blew. Back to the store for another fuse. I'm counting on the problem now being just an old fuse and iffy connections being tested.
