Ok guys it's been a few weeks but i managed to find the time to go pick up these heads. The only numbers i have found are N 91 5 5 and 624 H. Heres some pics that mabee able to shed some light on the subject.
World Products Windsor SR heads IMO. That would account for the big "W" under "Windsor" If they were Windsor JR heads, I would think you would see "JR" somewhere.
Hold on... Do the head bolt holes have removeable bushings? If so, they could either be JR or SR... But if the holes are cast small for 302 head bolts, then they are JRs. I can't quite tell from the pics. The holes are small, but I can't tell if they are bushed or just cast small.
I took a good look at them and they don't appear to be bushed and stock 302 head bolts fit right. Cool thanks for the input.
99% sure they are Windsor JRs by World Products at this point. If that is the case, they should have around 60cc chambers and 1.94" valves.
Well i definately know that i don't have a pair of those. HOLY SUFFERIN POPSICLE STICKS!!! Them ports are huge!!
I think the first N heads had the same port, but I seem to remember the bolt holes being on angle, like a 351c exhaust bolt pattern. I might be thinking of another head, but N with that pattern, mid to late 80s, all rings a bell.
Here ya go... http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=WRL%2D053030%2D1&N=700+4294925232+4294838998+4294867081+4294908331+4294840126+4294925081+4294867078+400240+4294866476+4294867028+115&autoview=sku I think the combustion chamber in the pic might be a 'stock' picture and is actually of the 2.02 valved SR head. The JR head has 302 head bolt holes, 1.94" valves, and 58cc chambers.
I wish I were closer, I'd buy them from you... Wait, you are WAY north. I'll rephrase that: I wish you were closer, I'd buy them from you...
Now that i know what they are i will probably look into putting them on the Comet this winter.Maybee a cam change too. The little sucker goes pretty good now with stock E7 heads, this could get interesting.....
