    Well, at the moment the belt is staying on...(y)
    i took it out and tried to throw it off...:chirp:

    the last thing i did was...went to Summit and got a...4" deep grove pulley...it still puts out 13.7 V at idle...:thumbs2:
    we will see tomorrow if it will stay..:D
