You'll need spacers to raise them up.
The car is likely long gone, but would be cool if you did find it. You might as well just buy yourself another one and build it the way you would...
Yeah, bleed it before you install it on the car. The bench is optional.
That car belongs at SEMA .
There's nothing wrong with '73 bumpers if you remove at least the front bumper guards.
So it was the edges on the hood? Or the edges on the scoops that had to be "finessed"?
So how well do the Dynacorn scoops fit the original Grabber hood?
Nope. '74 was the first year it was an option.
What wheel has a 3-3/8" backspace? You can run a 3-3/4" backspace with a 245/60 on the rear, but the fronts will likely rub on the fender when...

Wow, that is a clean car.
So you're using a 72 master cylinder with 4-wheel disc brakes? If so, that's part of the problem right there.
Looks great. That upper radiator pipe is not gonna be very flexible when that engine moves.
That looks like absolute crap. You should take them off & send them to me. :biglaugh:
Again, I hope they fit well. I've seen aftermarket Mustang hinges (I think Dynacorn) that the bolt holes don't line up, so only 2 bolts can be...
So......YOU are stupid because the Chinese harbor freight tool was more durable than the Mattco tool they sold you? Mmmmmmkaaaay. :cautious:
If it's a good fit, that's excellent news.
So is it Matco Tools, or Marco Tools? I don't think you overreacted at all. The guy is a "tool".
What bothers me, is that all Dynacorn parts are made in Taiwan, and the fit of fenders and hoods is terrible on Mustangs. Makes me wonder why...
Not defending them, but I would assume it's because they sell a lot more Mustang parts than Maverick parts.
Separate names with a comma.
