You really need to know what you are doing before you start "adjusting" things. More than likely the fuel/air mixture screw is not the problem....
The long power steering bolt should thread right into the head.....with about a one inch spacer to take the place of where the AC bracket was.
And you will want mufflers unless you want lots of tickets and pronounced hearing loss.

If your car has factory AC, then it will have a rubber plug where the heater core used to come through. You can remove that plug and route...
