Good donors for that seat would be '66-'69 Fairlane, Torino, Ranchero, Comet, Montego, etc. All of those are the same width and use the same tracks.

Looks nice, but I would suggest calling it a manual control lever. "Selector switch" sounds more like a neutral switch or something like that.
A '70-1/2 Falcon is essentially a sedan version of a '70 Torino. Very rare (and very cool) as they were only made for 1/2 of one model year.
