You have a California Emissions gas tank. Pretty much impossible to find part for. I would suggest getting the new repop tank that is out there...
The 1970 Grabbers (actually all Grabbers as well) never had the thin moldings. I can see the "studs"and holes on this car indicating it had the trim.
Shipping will be very high to have a heater box sent to you.
Swapping will not work on a 1970 tank.

One can access the nuts without removing any of the interior. Just reach them from inside the trunk.
