You have a California emissions gas tank. Seems like they are completely different. Might be easier to switch to the new repop gas tank.

I would suggest doing away that spacer and get an aftermarket intake that has no EGR on it.
I find that the exhaust will burn right thru the gaskets on the block off plate.
