I don't think the first one is a mav its a monza or a vega I think.
if you get non-rollers on the trailer all you need to get them off is a chain and a big tree. Back up chain the car to the tree and drive off....

your converter is probley not in all the way and the bushing really don't need to be out it wont be in the way
just take some bailing wire and go through the 2 upper trans holes and then up and around the shock tower supports and you will be good to go

It works like a champ on oil stains even old stains just don't use it on asphalt!! It will melt it.
maradic acid you can get it at home depot or lowes. pour it into a plastic spray bottle for chemicals set them out away from everything and spray...
