you can try trans fluid,it will help losen carbon.or pull the heads off and disassemble.but i would try the trans fluid first ,let it sit and work...
i ended up with a new mount for a 93 towncar.fits and is inexpensive..

fatman,i believe, use sn95 spindles,they modify the calipermount with the steering mount and cut off the front mount for the tierod
