It is a Ford axle.
Why do you need to know what year the axle is. The basic difference in axles is the distance between king pins and perch pins.
The ladder bars are correct ,do not move them out to the rails,unless this is going to be a drag car.
I think the curve in the middle of your axle didn`t come from Ford.Looks bent to me.What is the bolt pattern for your wheels? That would help...

They look great.How did you seal them to the rear panel to keep water out of the trunk?
Look under the dash behind that plug is the fuse box.There is a bolt in the center of it that holds the plug.

57-72 Ford 1/2 Ton pickup 9in. rear will bolt in .is the correct width and has the 51/2 bolt circle for your wheels.
My 76 has the wide trim.
