Great pics, I think Crites headers fit better on a 351w than a 302 based engine. The only thing I see different about yours is the 2 inch flange...
The #5 tube was actually hitting the bolt of the oil adapter, which makes me think these headers may fit a 351w block better

the hood is from us body source , looks good ..quality sucks. i had a hood made by glasstek for the cougar. the quality is 150% better.
