Depends on what the customer wants. A "full-tilt-boogy" c4 is very expensive, but any transmission to handle 1000+ hp is expensive.
I've been 5.50's in the 1/8th w/ one of my c4 transmissions.

I ran 15x10" rims on mine for years w/ a 28 x10" tire (actual measurements" and it was tucked up in the quarter and nothing rubbed.

IMO any stock 302 block, whether it's canadian or mexican, is living on borrowed time above 600 hp.
