Still working on valve cover leak, doubled cork gaskets not working, vent on that valve cover is new and flows very well, gonna pull the cover...

Quite possible, I will look into the engine ventilation, maybe the vent on that valve cover is needing replaced. :tiphat:

Yeah I checked the length had over 1/4 inch left, good thinking though, quite a possibility, but I wish it were that easy.

I would think there would be casting lines or marks on them, I don't really know.
Have you confirmed you have the incorrect gear? did ya look at yours?
They say Pro Comp on them, that's enough to look elsewhere!
