I have that particular flywheel you're looking for.
I would take the cylinder head off and have it reconditioned. Change the oil, tune up and fire it up.
It is an SVO. If you look closely, you'll notice it has 4 wheel disk brakes, and 5 lug rotors. 1986 was the last production year for the SVO.
